- Sighting data: Store location, products spotted, photos, and geolocation at time of submission

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
- Younger users require verified parental consent
- We never publicly display real names, email addresses, or precise locations
- All users are identified by randomly generated display names
- Parent/guardian email is required for minor accounts and is used solely for account management
- Photos are reviewed by moderators before publication
- Parents can request deletion of their child's data at any time

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls.
