By accessing or using Needoh Hunter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Needoh Hunter is a community-driven platform for tracking NeeDoh product sightings at retail stores. Users can submit sightings, upload photos, and earn points.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Younger users require verified parental consent before creating an account (see our Privacy Policy for details on COPPA compliance).
4. User Content
By submitting photos and sighting information, you grant Needoh Hunter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. All submissions are reviewed by moderators before being published.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading sighting information
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
- Attempt to manipulate the points or leaderboard system
- Harass or impersonate other users
- Use automated tools to access the Service
6. Disclaimer
Needoh Hunter is a fan/community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Schylling Inc. NeeDoh® and The Groovy Glob® are trademarks of Schylling Inc. Product availability information is user-reported and may not be accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
